Our Story
In 2000, Patrick O'Brien Sr. left a corporate painting firm with a simple conviction: that the homeowners of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley deserved something better. Better prep work. Better materials. Better people in their homes.
Twenty-five years later, his son Patrick carries that conviction into every project. We've never chased volume — we've chased quality. That means we limit how many jobs we take on, so every client gets our full attention.
Our crew isn't a roster of day laborers. Most have been with us for a decade or more. They treat your home the way they'd treat their own — shoes off at the door, furniture protected, daily clean-up, and never a surprise on the final invoice.

Patrick visits your home, listens to your vision, and gives you a detailed written estimate — no vague ranges, no surprises.
Our color consultant walks you through palettes in your actual light conditions, with large sample swatches applied directly to your walls.
We spend as much time on prep as we do painting — filling, sanding, priming, and protecting everything that shouldn't be touched.
Premium paints and materials, applied by skilled craftsmen who take genuine pride in clean lines and consistent coverage.
We don't consider a job done until you do. We walk every surface with you and address any concern before we accept final payment.
